Chapter 1: General Provisions
Article 1 (Purpose)
These terms and conditions are to define the purpose of the Internet service IT DAHBI (ITDAHBI.com / hereinafter "Service").
Article 2 (Effectiveness and Change of Terms)
1. The contents of these Terms and Conditions shall take effect by posting on the Service screen or otherwise notifying Members.
2. The IT DAHBI may change these Terms when there are reasonable reasons, and if the Terms are changed, it shall be disclosed at least 7 days in the same way as in Section 1.
3. When a new service is opened in IT DAHBI site, it is provided according to these terms unless otherwise stated.
Article 3 (Other Terms and Conditions)
Matters not specified in these Terms and Conditions are subject to the provisions of the Telecommunications Basic Law, the Telecommunications Business Act, and other relevant laws.
Article 4 (Definitions)
The terms used in these terms are defined below.
1. User: the person using the service
2. Operator: Person selected by the IT DAHBI for the overall management and smooth operation of the service
3. Suspension of Service: Suspension of the provision of services for a certain period of time in accordance with certain requirements set by the IT DAHBI during normal use.
Chapter 2 Service Use Agreement
Article 5 (Establishment of Use Agreement)
You can use the service without a separate application.
Article 6 (Consent to Use of User Information)
The IT DAHBI may send cookies to your computer through the service. Members can change their browser settings to opt-out of receiving cookies or to warn them of receiving cookies.
Chapter 3 Service Use
Article 7 (purpose of service)
This service is intended to provide IT-related information and various services.
Article 8 (Service Hours)
1. In principle, 24 H a day, 7 D a week. However, the IT DAHBI may suspend all or part of the service for business or technical reasons, or suspend all or part of the service for a period determined by the IT DAHBI for operational purposes. In such cases, the IT DAHBI will notify you before or after.
2. The IT DAHBI can set the available time for each service separately, in which case the contents will be announced in advance.
Article 9 (Contents of Service)
The IT DAHBI provides the following services:
1. IT product information (provides information on all IT devices such as PCs, digital cameras, home appliances, and automobiles)
2. IT-related lectures, special features, interviews, on-site coverage, news
3. Various other services
Article 10 (deletion of posts or contents)
The IT DAHBI may supplement or delete the postings or contents of the service in violation of the regulations or exceed the posting period without prior notice or consent.
Article 11 (Suspension of Service)
In the case of the free service, the IT DAHBI can modify or discontinue all or part of this service at any time according to the IT DAHBI's needs, in which case the IT DAHBI will notify the member immediately through e-mail or internet homepage.
2. The IT DAHBI shall immediately deal with any complaints of members related to the service, and if it is difficult to process immediately, it shall notify the user through the service or e-mail of the reason and schedule.
Chapter 4 Rights and Responsibilities
Article 12 (Obligations of the IT DAHBI)
1. The IT DAHBI shall maintain and maintain the service provision facilities at all times unless there are special reasons, and make every effort to provide stable services.
2. The IT DAHBI shall immediately deal with any complaints of members related to the service, and if it is difficult to process immediately, it shall notify the user through the service or e-mail of the reason and schedule.
3. The User shall not copy, duplicate, change, translate, publish, broadcast, advertise, operate, or otherwise use the information obtained by using the Service without the prior consent of the IT DAHBI, or engage in any other activity. The IT DAHBI shall not be liable for the results of sales activities or the conduct of members in violation of the Terms. In such business activities, the member shall be liable for damages against the IT DAHBI.
4. Members shall not do the following concerning the service.
① Posting pornography on the bulletin board, linking to pornographic sites or harming social order such as distribution.
④ collect personal information from other users
⑤ impersonating another person, including a IT DAHBI's employees, including the sender of the content transmitted via the ⑥ service counterfeiters
⑦ conduct harassing
acts contrary to any act, other laws of that might give or interfere with the operation of services ⑧
Article 13 (Compensation for Damage)
1. Complimentary service of the service provided by the IT DAHBI is not eligible for compensation.
2. The IT DAHBI shall not compensate for damages caused by force majeure such as natural disaster or caused by intention or negligence of the user.
Article 14 (Disclaimer)
1. The IT DAHBI shall not be liable for any damages caused by profits or losses expected by the user through the service.
2. The IT DAHBI shall be exempted from liability in case of failure of service use due to the fault of the user.
3. In case of damages to the IT DAHBI due to violation of the provisions of this agreement, users who violate this agreement shall indemnify all damages occurring to the IT DAHBI and indemnify the IT DAHBI from such damages.
6. Restrictions on the use of services that do not match the policies of the IT DAHBI.
Article 15 (Application of Law)
All legal issues arising from your use of the Service are governed by the laws.
